Last week I was lucky enough to attend a red carpet event put on by Samsung with a performance by Nicki Minaj. When trying to figure out what to wear I looked to Kim for inspiration. (Sorry for the crappy iPhone photo and cut off shoes. I wore these)

All I’ve been talking about lately is how I have been dying for a pair of red jeans. Well I don’t have them yet. But what I DO have, is a red dress. Sooo not the same thing, yes I know. It didn’t satisfy my fix either. But still, here it is… It was given to me by a friend and at that time it was about 6 inches longer. It was such an awkward length and everytime I tried to wear it I was left feeling frumpy and very uncute. Yes I said uncute.
So it sat in my closet, passed over time and time again until I decided enough was enough. I brought it to the tailor and had it shortened which was the best $10 I could’ve spent. It really is amazing the difference tailoring can make 
I know, I know, still so NOT red jeans!
