Most of you are aware by now that Mel and I have been working on our new website The Wear to go Girls for the last few months. We are having a blast, but there comes a point when all the hard work you put in starts to pay off and all at once you are in a shit storm crazy busy! Well, that time is now my friends!
We are so excited at what’s happening but at the same time we are running around like crazy people drinking vats of coffee trying to do it all. This makes Le Blog second priority, hence the fewer posts per week I have been able to put up. It’s ok though, because once you guys see The Wear to go Girls you will love it and it will all be worth it! Is it ever really work when you are doing what you love?

I can’t stop wearing these wedges! I know I’ve already said this and I am being annoying repetitive, but these seriously were the best purchase. I hardly ever treat myself and this was a splurge I decided I deserved. It makes it all the sweeter that I am beyond happy with them. (especially after the drama with them being lost in mail purgatory and then being out of stock and having to re-order them elsewhere) I know. I told you that already too. I told you I was being annoying repetitive.

It’s Friday and officially summer! If you have nothing planned perhaps a girls night is in order? I had one last weekend and it was amazingly therapeutic! Just being with the girls, chatting having drinks, dancing the night away…I highly recommend it!

Many of you have been asking how I’m doing since my no good very bad day post. Thank you so much for thinking of me and reaching out. It’s so nice to have blogger friends! I am doing much better and back to my mostly chipper self! I have a great support system in my beautiful group of friends.
5 more weeks until my bf comes home from Iraq for a quick 2 week break (he then goes back for another 5-6 months) and things have gotten better with him. We’ll be spending that time in Boston and I’m looking forward to seeing him (and planning my wardrobe!)

I have been on a mish for the perfect pair of red jeans. After seeing Carrie’s post yesterday I am convinced these are them. Now I just need to find them on sale…
A few weeks ago I told you I was having a bad day. I ended up getting together with Mel and Patti to go have cupcakes. (What better way to cheer yourself up right?)
When I got there Patti surprised me with this cool little lip gloss wand from Sephora. Isn’t it great when your friends know exactly what to do to put a smile on your face?
Clearly it worked! There are 6 shades and they have a slight flavor to them. Perfect for throwing in your clutch or beach bag! Things have definitely improved since that day. I got a new car (love it!) and things with bf are much better. Neighbor is still there unfortunately.
