This is look number 3 of the ‘one item 4 ways’ monthly style series I decided to do starting with a white button down. If you missed the first two looks you can see them here and here. I opted to keep things classic but added a few fun accessories like a calf hair leopard belt to add some visual interest.
{Top – Old Navy (old), Jeans – JBrand, Pumps – Nine West, Bag – Balenciaga, Belt – Gap, Bracelet – Liquid Metal, Watch – Movado (boyfriend’s), Ring – gift}

Right now I am obsessed with anything and everything sheer. When Mel asked me if I wanted this top I snatched it out of her hands before she finished her sentence. (ok maybe I didn’t snatch it but I thought about snatching it then I came to my senses b/c she she was GIVING it to me) Polka dots AND sheer? (Snatch and run!)

{Top – gift (thanks Mel!), Skirt – Max Studio (thrifted a million years ago), shoes – Jessica Simpson, Bag – Mulberry, Turband – American Apparel, Aviators – F21, Necklace – JLynn Jewelry, Bracelet – Liquid Metal, watch – Movado (Boyfriends)}

This is outfit #2 in my ‘one item 4 ways’ monthly style series. In case you missed it, I told you about it here. So this month’s item is the white button down. Here I paired it with a bandage skirt I rarely wear and now I know why. To say it is unforgiving is an understatement! Pay no attention to my pasty-ass legs. I am getting a spray tan tomorrow so I haven’t used any self tanner!

Can you believe it’s Monday already? Anyone else feel like this weekend went by entirely too fast? And can we talk about the heat? LA has been having a heat wave rather than the crisp fall air that makes me want to pull out my fall wardrobe.
Over the weekend I got caught up on some September issues and all the fall trends are super cute. Since I have no desire to melt in a pool of sweat I found a happy medium with this outfit which is a transitional combo of sweater & boots with denim cut offs.
Ok well I guess I have to get to work. I have to get ready for a trip to San Fran at the end of the week. More details to come!

{Sweater – Cynthia Vincent, Cut Offs – CarMar, Booties – BCBG, Necklace – DIY (made from an old F21 necklace), Ring – Jewelmint, Bag – Balenciaga}
