Never underestimate the power of a beautifully made maxi dress. When done right they not only flatter your figure, but they are elegant, ethereal, and make dressing a breeze. I wore this a few weekends ago when I was in Palm Springs for Coachella and I think it’s my favorite maxi dress I’ve ever owned. The way the fabric draped over me even made me feel a bit regal. I didn’t need to do much styling with it either. I was wearing my Kouture Tattoos so jewelry was taken care of aside from some stacked rings. I wore a cute sandal, my favorite white bucket bag and of course aviators to protect against that strong desert sun. You might think that this is a lot of fabric for such a hot climate, however it is so light and airy, I actually felt cooler in it than I did in my previous looks.
The more time passes and the more brands I am exposed to, the more I truly believe that feeling good in clothing is just as important as how it looks. I am learning to make that more of a priority than anything else.
