My Python Obsession Continues

Python Blazer -6-c

Another busy week awaits and with the holiday madness around the corner, it’s only going to get busier. The amount of school work I have on my plate right now is causing mild panic and finding balance as of late is a bit of a struggle. I did spend the weekend away from social media, which every once in awhile is necessary. I didn’t even so much as look at instagram, which is rare but unplugging is kind of liberating (on a short term basis…let’s not get crazy!)

Ok, let’s get to more important matters…the outfit.

When I saw this python blazer on the sale rack at Zara, I knew it was coming home with me. It’s no surprise considering my obsession with all things python lately as seen in this outfit. I wear blazers a lot because they are such an easy way to dress up a casual look. Add a pump and it takes things to another level of sophistication. (I also got this pair at Zara a few years back.)

Earlier in the day I had the jeans and tee on with this pair of python slip ons (the same pair I wore here.) Later, I added the blazer and pumps to head to a dinner. Converting casual outfits to dressed up is something I do quite often because I don’t have time for a full outfit change. Sometimes I have to go from casual to dressy and I can’t go home in between so then it’s even more of a necessity. That is why day to night changes are important at mastering and the easiest way is adding a sleek blazer and swapping shoes and bag (Bonus points for a cross body that converts to a clutch!)
