A few months ago in this post, we discussed his and her date night looks for Valentine’s day to kick off our Men’s section here on GL. You guys really seemed to love that so today we are talking about what to wear on a casual date night for guys. Date night doesn’t have to be super fancy, it can be as simple as a casual dinner and a few drinks like we did the other night. We went to a local wine bar in Summerlin and this is what John wore.
First off, a staple that should be in every man’s closet is a great pair of jeans. This pair is great because they are a good fit for someone with an athletic build. There is enough room in the butt and thighs, but still feel fitted.
Simple tops with interesting details are also great for casual outings. This version from Ily Couture is a basic long sleeve tee, but the two tone look makes it seem a bit more dressed up.
Comfy sneakers that are not trainers…this is the perfect time for those. This pair from Dr. Scholl’s are comfortable and also really pull the look together.
And finally, the accessories. A great pair of aviators are a must. This black version go with everything and are flattering on most face shapes.
