Wax Coated Jeans

October is one of my favorite months of the year. The weather finally cools down, the air starts to smell different, pumpkin patches sprout up everywhere, date nights consist of haunted houses and chunky knits and light layers are finally appropriate. It’s still not cool enough for layers in LA yet, but I’m in official ‘fake it til I make it’ mode. This outfit is a prime example of my continuation of the fall transitional outfit. I wore this a week ago running errands mid week. Wax coated jeans are a favorite for fall because they add texture and a bit of edge. These boots are so comfy and add interest to this otherwise basic outfit and swapping them out for heels makes this outfit happy hour appropriate. I didn’t go to happy hour, but it’s always good to be prepared, just in case! 😉
