Prepping for Coachella

So this weekend kicks off festival season, and I’m sure you guys have been seeing the Coachella hype popping up everywhere lately. Though it is suppose to be all about the music, fashion and beauty are the real stars of the show.  It is the epitome of boho chic and everyone taps into their inner free spirit.

What you might not know, is there is a lot more to Coachella than just the festival. There are loads of events that are happening all around the area, including pool parties and bbq’s. This puts even more pressure into the planning and prep.

The first thing I need is a spray tan! I have been rocking that Casper look for long enough! I have an appointment on Friday and I personally prefer organic so I go to Sunless Beauty. They are actually running an amazing deal for festival season: $35 spray tans for anyone going to Coachella and Stagecoach! Head over to their site and check deal that out if you are looking to get your glow on!

Of course I need to plan my outfits. I was beginning to get into the mood with this look. I picked up the python duster at the Oxford Circus Topshop when I was in London awhile back. It never fails to just make the outfit, no matter what I am wearing underneath. The lace bodysuit is a new piece I got from Angl and I LOVE it. It adds just the right amount of playful sexiness. But I think it’s the necklace that really plays to the boho festival vibe and it is a new piece that I will definitely be wearing in the desert.

I have a Coachella inspired beauty tutorial coming this week, so look out for that and of course follow me on snapchat (glamlatte) and instagram for all the behind the scenes action!
