Marble Moto Statement Jacket

The other day I mentioned that I didn’t end up heading to NYFW week this year (insert sadface emoji.) My lack of presence, however, did not equal a lack of coverage. I watched the shows via livestream so be sure to check out AOL NYFW Diaries to see some of that coverage if you are interested. I also of course posted some ways you can get the fashion looks from some of the shows and the most common beauty look I saw happening.

I also posted an outfit the other day that I would most likely wear if I were there which consisted of transitional elements mixed that was based on comfort.

Today’s look is another one I would’ve worn, but this time I went for total New York chic. I kept a neutral palette and through in some in your face fabulousness with this marble jacket. While these booties have a sky high heel, they are surprisingly comfortable and for a limited time, maybe a show or two, or a nighttime cocktail event (I give them a NYC 3-4 hour expiration date) I think they’d be great. (I did give a little fashion week tip on instagram regarding the most important NYFW shoe game rule…)

The best part of this look, aside from this incredible jacket (that I am so over the moon about and intend on wearing on repeat) Is that every piece (aside from the bag) was under $70. Um….yes girl. I went to TJ Maxx and hooked it up! The jacket is from DKNY and it was $50!!

So while I styled this as my fashion week look, best believe this is a look that I would wear again (and will, trust!) And all of these pieces are great for mixing and matching throughout your fall wardrobe.NYFWNYFWNYFWNYFWNYFWNYFW
